create pattern with any surface using adobe photoshop
hi friend, today i want to share simple tutorial how to create pattern.Now i have time to write tutorial with screen shoot.More tutorial coming soon , keep surf my blog and give some feedback.
OK lets start
Step1.
take any picture with good surface, depend on what concept or idea.This is my picture example.Picture of tree near my house.open this image using adobe photoshop and crop it .
Step 2
crop file will be something like this.Select any surface with Rectangular Marquee Tool.Copy merge ,create new and paste.
Step 3
Go to Edit, define pattern
Step 4
rename pattern. Done! you have new pattern .How to use that pattern? ok continue with Step 5
Step 5
create new , select any color ..well i like blue so much hahahaha sound blue ya, err not blue that one XXX rated.Create Gradient using Gradient tool .Click and drag at the middle of your artwork
Step 6
Gradient color should like this.Go to Layer menu ,New Fill Layer,Pattern
Step 7
Select your pattern.Owhh nah you also can resize the pattern
Step 8
Go to the pattern layer , Overlay that pattern. Done! now you have your pattern as background
